I think you should be a little more explicit about what "development" means. If the app isn't used in Teams, then your organization will need each user of your Power App to pay a monthly subscription fee. For many, then, PowerApps (with Dataverse) really is an option only if they use it in Teams.

What if we add a new record in Excel so how to show that new entry record in power apps

Hi. Just watched the video and liked it. Not used it before so a couple of questions. Im setting up a charity competition where people enter online and then when the comp starts a league table is available to look at each day. I have more or less created it in excel but struggling to get it to work in mobiles and tablets. Also for some reason the entry screen seems to work for me but not the person testing it. At the moment as it sits on a shared drive i have been using some very basic scripts and hyperlinks. Any thoughts much appreciated

Power App is updated now, interface is different. Unable to see the screens. Tree view is not visible in newer version.
