Hello Manohar sir. and I'm an active subscriber of your channel. I joined TCS in June this year. For the first 4 and half months, I was on bench. But after that, I was selected in a project for the role of automation engineer. I was projected as an experienced candidate having more that 1.5 yrs of experience in that field in front of the clients. I haven't been provided with proper project specific training as there are nobody who can provide me the same. I was told to tell lies in client meetings for the work I haven't done. But recently, even the senior engineers refused to offer me any support on this. I've been put into too much pressure and nobody in this project seem to be understanding my problems. I'm badly in need of getting a release from this project but I got to know that getting release in tcs is almost impossible. Please advice me on what can be done in this case as this is affecting my mental health. Hoping for a reply from you.

The worst part of TCS is the division of organization into different ISUs. Some ISUs have the worst projects having old technology with no learning and getting your ISU change is the biggest challenge. I have been a victim of this and had to leave TCS because of no advanced learning opportunities.

Tcs ka work culture worst hai. Mainly in CITI bank project. Life hell ho jayga. You will be treated as a slave. IBM, Capgemini, HCL bahut achcha hai. Job security better than TCS and u can maintain work life balance

I've offer from TCS Digital as well as from Yamaha Motor Solutions ( a subsidiary software company of Yamaha Motors).
So which company will be better to join as a fresher?
Yamaha Motor Solutions is giving CTC of 8LPA with bond of 2 years....

Can anyone please help me out as I need to respond to both the companies quickly regarding the final acceptance...

Amdocs is offering me more compensation (2lakh more than infosys)
However I have heard from people that Amdocs has horrible work life balance.
