No... The recruitment team Said that you ID will be blocked for next 2-3 years. So the answer is yes they will block you for short term once they release the offer letter and you did not join TCS

My own experience, they block permanent. I cleared all round but didnt get any update from HR.

I have already accepted tcs offer letter. But now I have to do MCA and I'm not able to join it. So what should I do now. How should I not join tcs now?

Mam I went to onboarding tcs and signed joining kit also. My employee id got generated. I didn't open ultimatix Account yet. I got an offer from Accenture .. I want to proceed with Accenture. There is no bond in tcs. And I have not collected any asset for tcs. Do I proceed with Accenture?. Will I get blacklisted in tcs for not joining?. I mailed my hr but no response.. What do I do mam.

I have accepted TCS offer but not joined, Now am unable to register the details in IBEGIN. Getting the error as Duplicate Record. I have tried another email id and phone number but no use. Once you have accepted the offer there is no way to join in TCS.
