Yes, but it's too buggy! While downloading if there's an error, then it's corrupt every game and the whole system has to be reset.

I had a modded vita with whatever games downloaded had to reset so I could link to my account re modded it then all the games I had installed before I can’t install now cause it says they are already installed but they are no where to be found
