That homeschool story hit real close. My mom basically went through what they went through cause I’m 💯% homeschooled and was raised in montgomery (but born in Birmingham). I love seeing my beautiful people not stand for mediocrity perpetuated by the state

😢those poor people who have been living in the middle of this tragedy. Not just the traveling people but those who are employed by them. And knowing it’s not their system that failed them it’s the weather!

Every year they travel and almost every year they get stuck in the airports. Will they learn?

A wise lady friend of mine once said to me, "I know ya want and need an escapade it's coming, as for now sometimes you gotta stay where you are." That hits different now!!!

Even with the current dip in cryptocurrency, I’m still glad I can smile 😊 back at my portfolio of $105, 850 built from my weekly trade, I’m having my fourth withdrawal in 10 business days.

I was born and grew up in Buffalo, NY. When Buffalo gets hit hard with snow it is always a catastrophe. I survived the blizzard of '77 when the snow was as high as the telephone wires and covered many houses. Some people couldn't find their cars until the snow started to melt. There is always a loss of electricity and gas and floods are common. I remember having to carry buckets of water up from the flooded basement which could take days to accomplish. Those who have sub-pumps are lucky. I lived with my Grandparents and they always prepped and had food and other supplies on hand to get us through the winter. Unfortunately, many people die from this and other natural disasters. May they rest in peace cradled in the palms of God.

726 yeah we could have a Rolodex of homes with extra rooms where people offered a stay and then there's all the hotels to see if we had it all in one unit it would be so much easier for the staff too

I believe it was the weather that played a big part, that people being stranded at the airports. Better to be honest about the flights, than some airplane falling out of the skies with hundreds of people on it on Christmas eve. That would have been a real mess.

I would love to homeschool my little one, but I worry that will deprive her of developing socialization skills.

South West was threatening customers with arrest when requesting anything, they shouldn’t be allowed to stay in business at this point
