The ammount of comments basically saying that this is ground breaking is dishartening. Don’t give me wrong this stuff is awesome, modern Italy is built uppon the shoulders of flower, tomato, and cheese, but I feel like basic cooking like this should just be taken for granted, common, knowledge. But appartently not, so good on people for putting it out there I guess.
