Not only could I live here but it’s pretty much what I’ve been looking for. I purchased a build design that is eerily similar to this build. The wood finish is absolutely my style.

I could retire in this home, if I had a yard to garden in, and a space to hang out side. Perfect. People don't need alot to be happy.

Need more height in the loft. I couldn’t crawl on my knees every time I wanted to use the bedroom loft. Other than that, pretty good layout and storage. The kitchen is awesome. I’m trying to see if there’s storage under the stairs as there appears to be no drawers.

Lovely but honestly a lot of people would prefer not to go up the loft maybe a bumbout for a ground floor mini Bedroom??? Love the mudroom with the washer and dryer !!!
