Instagram giving parents more control over teenager's accounts

Instagram Teen accounts are being rolled out across Canada today for kids 16 and under. Some of the new built-in protections include automatically being placed into private accounts, messaging restrictions and content limits. Parents will also be able to see who their teen is messaging. The settings can only be changed with a parent's permission.
