I actually made this matrix more fun by naming the categories as follows: main quests, side quests, quick quests, and emporium/apothecary. so basically (super urgent, want to get done, things I can get over with fast that still need to get done, and things to buy or meds i need to pick up).

Great tips ... but i for one will be so very happy when the words 'brain dump' become a thing of the past!
For 2022 i'm changing it in my planner to 'CatchAll'

Awesome! Great tips! So excited for December videos. I’m working on planning for 2022 to be more organized.I’m slowing down as I get older . So I have made a daily list and use time management ( time blocking ) to get my list done snd ✔️ it off . That way I can relax more before Hubby gets home for his dinner.I do a morning routine and evening routine.

Know I'm late to this, but I've been using the 'scruffy' notebook idea for a couple of years - it's absolutely the go-to place to scribble stuff down and keeps things all together. I just fail dismally at moving things onwards so it's really a very disorganised to-do list...

Hi I wandered why my brain dump never worked. Now I know. I was getting it out of my head but 1 I put it was on my to do list. It needs to have it's own place. 2 it wasn't categorize. 3 it wasn't prioritize and 4 so it was not time blocked! That was actually big time chaos. Thanks for the new system for 2022. Hi there! I’ve watched SEVERAL of your videos. I kept telling myself, this is a good video, but I am already doing this, thats a great video….already doing that. I FINALLY realized, my life is in pieces bc my to do list is more like a never ending novel. THANK YOU for this video! I have the scheduling down of work/school/home/community but the to-do’s were killing me…up until today. Love this advice and love the look!!! I keep a to-do list on my phone but I've been avoiding it lately I'm assuming because I'm overwhelmed however, Ima put these methods into effect asap! And begin to transfer notes over to my planner. ❤❤❤
