I was with 2 white men and they both abused me physically. So not only black men beat their significant other. It's just broken men that do that race has nothing to do with it. Stay blessed and happy ❤️

Being a so called coloured I am so proud of you two. I am proud of both sides and I am not ashamed of being who I am and I love them both, the only thing I hate is being in a position to choose and if I had to pick I will pick them both always.

Racism isn't born it's taught
The best weapon against racism is love so unite and don't discriminate against each other

Great woman defeats prejudice, racism, negative mentality toward other minor group of people . She calculates before judging that it is from where came or born, doesn't matter what it is colore . You are blessed woman because come over this world narrow thinking ....

I am a black Mozambican and my husband is white British. In 1998, I was travelling through SA, we stopped in a town to do some shopping. A very large group of black people gathered and stared laughing and pointing at us. It was a very unpleasant and intimidating situation. I will never forget that. Other interracial (black and white) couples that I know also have had unpleasant situations there as recently as 2019. Maybe the situation is improving but there is still a lot of racial tension there. Beautiful country though.

I think coloured is more than race. It's South African ethnic group associated with certain cultural beliefs, language etc. Just because someone is born by a black and white person does not make them coloured

Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance wealth, a great career purpose is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life, reply amen on comment section.

1:15 "As long he treats you your right and makes you happy" <-- This. That's what's more important, not color.

Ive been married for 22yrs with my wife, she's a white afrikaaner meisie. Some of her family was not so welcoming, but that has changed over the years. I agree, racism is taught. When we had our first baby, back in the day, some white people would stop to look at our child. That was weird. We have 4 kids today. We had our normal tiffs, but we have grown stronger over the years and our children are taught about people and to ignore color. Life is full of choices and colors. Enjoy what it offers. It is sad that a few have chosen to hate because of color, its the cultural differences that has to be overcome.

Racism will never disappear until all humans will continue to living in this planet. It's impossible to beat racism like it's impossible to beat our own shadow. There always it going to be a forms of racism out there.

What is most important to learn from these two beautiful people is that it is not always "racism" when we differ : they both actually said so in that they've had huge fights, but they were able to resolve it. Jumping straight to racism, ends the conversation (& resultant resolve / resolution) right there and then. I have come to realise that very little is down to true racism and a lot more is upto cultural differences, miscommunication, misunderstanding, prejudice, customs, etc. Unfortunately the majority of people jump the gun & go straight to "racism" which then abruptly ends the conversion. We need to acknowledge thís ánd overcome this simplistic view that every difference that we have with one another is down to racism, because it is not thát simple. Human beings are far more complex than that. May God Almighty bless South Africa and all who live in her!

This is rather good to see. We worked hard over the years in Jamaica to support the result of the new South Africa. God Bless them all.

I interact predominantly with African people, and believe me, one of the most beautiful character traits they have, is their humility, rich or poor. In fact one of my most memorable moments was when I was stationed overseas and met a Xhosa speaking
CEO of a transport company from my hometown In Cape Town. I couldn't have enough of reminiscing time with him about our common place of birth.

Life is give and take, my father always said love and respect for each other is a beautiful thing. My parents are both mixed (fathers parents -Dutch and Indian, mothers parents - French and Chinese) and we are better known as Cape coloureds. unfortunately, most coloureds don't know their heritage, as my Dad always reminded us (coloureds are the future of the world). On one of Winston Churchill's visits to RSA, he said "one day the whole world will be like the Cape Coloured, mixed. My parents were teenagers and adults before apartheid, they lived during apartheid and my mother is still going strong. Coloureds are mixed with every race and nationality, just listen to their last names. Stay safe and keep love alive.
