ingredients:
2 cups fresh chopped guava
2 cups water
1 tbsp honey
* all blended and strained
instructions:
in a blender, combine the chopped guava, water, and honey or sugar. blend until smooth--be sure not to blend too much so as not to grind the seeds. strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. chill the guava juice in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until cold. fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the guava juice over the ice. enjoy!
*the juice can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
