B12 deficiency symtoms:
1 Tingling hands or feet.
2 Trouble walking
3 Pale skin (not enough blood red cells)
4 Fatigue
5 Fast heart rate
6 Shortness of breath
7 Mouth pain (burning sensation in the mouth, mouth ulcers, swollen smooth red tongue)
8 Problems thinking or reasonning, memory loss
9 Irritability
10 Nausea, vomitting, diarrhea
11 Decreased appetite and wait loss

Foods for Vegan containing B12: Spirulina and Chlorella, Seaweed such as Nori or Laver, Nutritionnal yeast Saccharomices cerevisiae, Wheatgrass juice from sprouted leaves, Legumes sprouts such as lentils, moong, peas, root vegetables like turnips carrots and radish, Buckwheat such as noodles or porridge, blacktrumpet and golden chanterelle Mushroom.
Foods for carnivores: Beef, animal liver and clams, fish, sardines and tuna, eggs, milk and other dairy.

I have pernicious anemia so B 12 shots, 1000mg. Monthly for the rest of my life. I'm also gluten & lactose intolerant!!!!

I had gallbladder removed and this has made me lacking in vitamin intake. Symptoms stop you living your life to the full. What is worse they put it down to growing old. So maddening.

Before I was diagnosed with progressive relapsing multiple sclerosis, I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency because I was having seizures. I'm talking about me hitting the floor at work & having HARD epileptic seizures! This happened in a nursing home's hallway!! When I woke up, I was on my side in an empty residents bed. It's a good thing I was surrounded by a bunch of nurses & aides!

I have all the said symptoms but dare not go hospital to check. Hospital is more dangerous nowadays in Malaysia. This video has been very helpful to me as I totally forgot I have the leg cramps during young day and Vit B Complex saved me. I ordered the vitamin B complex immediately from I-herb online. I’ve heard that if you take antacids or omaprezole, your stomach won’t absorb B12, and this is where pernicious anemia starts.
