I was 400 lbs and on high doses of seroquel and trazadone in my early to mid 20s. I was on a sleep apnea machine. Started walking more everyday. At first I could barely walk half a mile. I made incremental adjustments to my diet, first cutting out soda and sugary beverages and just consuming water. I did this every day and eventually the half mile turned to a mile and the amount of junk food I was consuming started going down and I started weening off the SSRI meds, it took me 2 years to ween off the meds and drop the weight through cardio and diet by then I was running 6 miles a day instead of walking but then I was left with loose skin so I started lifting more and more and switched from a diet of mostly eggs and vegetables to one of beef eggs and raw milk. Eventually I got addicted to lifting like I got addicted to cardio and before that addicted to junk food. Fast forward to my mid 30s and I still prioritize my health and lift every day. No more SSRIs or Cpap machines and I have aged much better than most people who were much healthier than me a decade ago but haven’t had a good diet and exercise regimen the past decade. I have lots more muscle and the loose skin has tightened up. My mind is much clearer and sharper, less foggy less lethargic then when I was obese, my breathing is better and I will never forget how bad I felt back then and how that contrasts to how I feel now. I’m so glad I decided to make a change in my early 20s because if I stayed on the track I was on I would be so miserable right now. The most important thing in keeping consistent for me has been not comparing myself to anyone else and just making a habit out of doing it everyday.
Eventually you don’t have to work so hard when it becomes habitual. My dad died of cancer when I was 18 from chronic smoking and my mom has diabetes and my brothers obese and I’ve seen and felt the consequences of making poor health decisions. It adds up overtime. It’s important to consider your future self and think about him because time fly’s quickly and bad habits add up fast.
You’re daily habits are so important.

I had a liver transplant in my mid 30s. I developed autoimmune hepatitis after a pregnancy. Worst few months of my life. Thankfully Mass General hospital saved my life.

My mom died from non-alcoholic cirrhosis at 72 last year. I wish I had seen this video 3 or 4 years ago. I feel I have been following in her footsteps. However, I am researching how to mend my body through dietary changes that I wish I could have shared with her.

I had fatty liver, and after eating just fruits, my liver restored itself. I spoke to a young man in England who was in a coma after all his organs shut down, he said when he came out of his coma he went on a diet of just fruits and veg, and his health was restored within 6 months. Maybe fruits aren't for everyone's health, but it certainly helped me with fatty liver. I think people should just listen to their own body rather than taking the advice of others. Over the years, I've learnt that not everyone with the same disease has the same adverse reaction to the same food, everyone is different. I

With a friend who is currently experiencing End-Stage Liver Disease, I can wholly support the cessation, or at least the careful moderation of alcohol. He's only 52 and in hospice. He once told me that he wishes that he'd never started drinking. The pain that he is now in just kills me to think about.
Please make wise choices

There are a lot of things that can cause a lot of these symptoms. Not just liver damage.

This really irritates me because the sick stool, the yellow light brown tan floating is what I’ve described the doctors for years before I came to low-carb life and none of them ever got the drift. When I got to doing my own research, I found it if I added bile salts, my gut worked, doctors really irritate me sometimes.

I have found intermittent fasting, meaning for me, not eating anything between 10pm and 2pm gives gut a huge break and probably your liver too.

Tip: Don’t get your gallbladder removed, simply cleanse it or dissolve/remove stones only. This is essential for liver health!! (It’s also essential for overall health! Gallbladders are very important!)

Turmeric is reputed to help heal many tissues and one claim is that it helps to rebuild liver cells. Very anti-inflammatory as well.

My wife suddenly had a liver injury - bili counts as high as 5.3. After blood tests (tested negative for hep A, B, C)/ ultrasound/ scan/ jugular biopsy being told she has AUTOIMMUNE hep w cirrhosis of liver. We never drink, never smoke, eat balanced w some but not many sweets. I AM 100% CONVINCED ITS THAT SHOT... it triggered the autoimmune response/ damage etc. She is on high dose Pred steroid + immunosupp now.. Im super pissed that vaccine-induced damage is stiĺl being suppressed/ ignored! This is criminal.

*😎🇮🇳Liver may get damaged not only by by liquor but also by rage of anger, short temper, bitterness, unforgiving and other bad attitudes. So follow beatitude found in Matthew 5: 1 to 10.✝️💐✌️*

This is an excellent video! So much useful information. I have most of these symptoms like the rigged white nails. Fatty liver etc. I have uncontrolled diabetes and Hemochromatosis which can destroy the liver. I don't drink or eat junk food or take a lot of prescription meds. I do take herbs and extracts and Methyl multivitamins and minerals as I have the MTHFR gene mutations. This video showed me some things I need to change other than what I'm already doing. I'm so happy I came upon this video. I'm going to pass it on to my loved ones. Thank you!
