For a company that touts itself to be India's first standalone health insurer, you show extremely callous attitude while settling claim. This is my 3rd and last year of associaion with star health

यहां पे कोई सुनने वाला नही है।मेरा एक्सपिरेन्स बहुत बुरा है इनके साथ।प्रीमियम तो हर सालभरो क्लेम के समय कोई सुनने वाला नही है।इनसे तो अच्छा है सरकारी कंपनी की पालिसी लेना

सिर्फ प्रचार करने से कुछ नही होता है आपकी नियत भी साफ हिना चाहिए।आप लोग 102 डिग्री बुखार में भी ये बोलके क्लेम रिजेक्ट कर देते ही कि 102 डिग्री बुखार में तो मरीज घर पे ही ठीक हो जाएगा ।हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती होने की क्या जरूरत है।मरीज मरने के हालात में होगा तब भर्ती करेगे आपके हिसाब से।आपकी कंपनी की पालिसी बहुत गलत है।आपको आम आदमी के पैसे की कीमत नही पता है।कितनी तकलीफ उठा के आदमी पैसा कमाते है उसके बाद आपकी प्रीमियम भरता है ये सोच के की कभी ऊपर वाला ना चाहे ऐसा हो मगर मजबूरी में अगर बीमारी में हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती होना पड़े तो हास्पिटल के बड़े खर्चे स्टार हेल्थ कंपनी वापस दिलवा देगी।मगर यहां तो उल्टा हुआ 102 डिग्री बुखार और टाइफाइड के मरीज का क्लेम आपकी कंपनी ये बोल के रिजेक्ट कर देती है कि इस हालत में मरीज घर पे ही ठीक हो सकता था।इसका मतलब जिस डॉक्टर ने मरीज को भर्ती करा वी फ़र्ज़ी था या हॉस्पिटल वाले फ़र्ज़ी थे।
