Removed the observer is the creators of the map adding some random thing to their patch notes to see if valve would put it in

The huntsman was nerfed. Valve forgot 2 things:
1. They forgot that people who want nerfs have skill issues
2. They forgot what the game’s rating is which is why they removed sprays for official servers long ago.
