It's the Mcdonald's French fries that kills me, and I love French fries. Don't eat food that doesn't break down on its own, I guess.

I tell my kids all the time that I can taste sugar in the bread and buns all the time. It's terrible. Joe is right.

The sugar is to mask the salt. The salt is to mask the freezer.

I haven't eaten at MCpoison for over 20 years. I prefer grilling a burger at home and taste is amazing.

I very rarely have a hankering for McDonald's. Every time I cave I hate myself because my mouth is coated in grease and sugar.

I used to love the Hardee's hot ham and cheese until I cut sugar for a while. Got on one day and it tasted like a dessert

I taste sugar everywhere in food. Sushi can be the Worst culprit.

In Canada, the sodium was reduced in industrial food, i dont know if it was done little by little to modify our tastebuds and make us used to it, but all I can say is that when I travel to the US, I cant stand how salty everything is, from the boxed sauces, noodles mixes, restaurants… but in my house, there is no salt for us to add on the dinner table and we dont think about it at all.

Staying away from foods definitely enables you to give a food a "fresh" perspective. I think that as we age, we get more clarity on the quality/purity of foods (we can also afford to buy them!) and no longer will tolerate "food" buried in sugar and salt. Love your videos Mr. Rogan!

Anyone who eats McDonald's and also feeds their child from there. Definitely does care about themselves or their children. 🤦🤦🤦

Funny you say that because I had one too and it was sweet and the onion rings were SUPER salty to me.
