Needle and thread feels just as scarce as the legendary parts, will definitely try out that program!

This ties in with my experience in that I double looted a Savage Country store and got 10 legendary parts. The store has an insane amount of lootable clothing/racks. More than a stack of armour parts. As others have said, other components may be more of a bottleneck. I have more than enough legendary parts.

Savage Country, just go there and you guaranteed a decent amount of legendary parts even early on.

A little tip, loot the area before you start the quest, it resets all looted and doubles loot.

Going around the wasteland at night and killing direwolves and zombie bears works very well too. They always drop a loot bag and they sometimes have legendary parts

Heh, first legendary part I found was in a pile of garbage in the middle of a road while on the way to the first trader.

Just go to a savage country, you will leave with at least 2

If anyone asked me where they might find legendary parts, I'd just tell them to loot any Savage Country stores they can find. I did one recently and walked out with 4 legendary parts and 27 armour parts. that was not the biggest Savage Country in the game.

I wouldn't say guaranteed, I myself got 3 ledgenary parts from teir 2 quests, might just be more common with the higher teir quests
