Thanks, doc, for all of your great videos. I've been experiencing a lot of light-headedness and some ear issues for a couple months. Been watching your videos, doing stretches, etc that you recommended and working on my posture. Seems to be helping. You're awesome. Thanks. 😊

Whenever I get headaches I've used a cold gel pack on my neck and shoulders and it always helps. I'll sometimes massage the area as well. I'll keep this in mind in case I'm somewhere that I need help. Thanks for the info.

You can also make pressure with your thumb between your index finger and the other thumb. That works everytime, and it doesn't hurt much. Thank you for the vid. - Merry Christmas to you and your dear ones.

I do get headaches often that tend to begin there. I refer to them as tension headaches. Thank-you for the advice. I'll give it a try.

Oh Yeah, your attention to forward head posture is a definete contributor to the problems. I have all your videos saved and try to practice the exercises you recommend. Forward Head Posture is or will be the new epidemic. I try to emphasize this with my adult children, their wives, and the little grandkids.

Thank you I get frequent excruciating headache i will definitely try this only problem is if i didn't have so much hair back there i think it would work better.
