Even as a guy I agree. The women I’ve encountered that put on a great act afterwards of not caring were all very damaged ppl from their past. I would never trust those women again and tell other men to run. I know spinsters in their 30’s that partied for the last 15 years and still can’t get it together with one guy. That's true! We are all made up of energy. Every time we have sex with someone we enmesh with their energy. This is very hard on each participant and have an affect for a long time. This is one of the reason for the upset and depression happening after a break up. A break up creates tear( rip) in our energy. The pretentious that it's no big deal most players exhibit is not real.

I slept around in my late 20s / early 30s. Sure, it was fun in the moment. But I spent an OUTRAGEOUS amount of time getting women to hook up with me. When the dust settled, I was 34, with no girlfriend over the previous 9 years, and no prospects for anything long-term (in part because my physical shape and mental health deteriorated because I spent so much time chasing women, and not on those things). To make matters worse, the guilt I had tried to ignore for years from using women for sex (many of which developed serious feelings for me) really exacerbated my depression.

Us guys fall for the lie that sex is all about the thrill of variety. But what isn't said is what it takes to get that variety, the fact that you actually have less sex than when you're in a relationship because FWB isn't sustainable, and how it makes you feel when all is said and done.

One more thing with the variety piece - a vagina is a vagina 🤷‍♂️😂 And of the women I slept with, the sex was pretty much all the same quality.
