Hannah Diamond’s voice makes me feel so many things. Comfort, nostalgia, joy, sadness, everything. I’ve spent the last 7 years or so with that voice punctuating many highs, lows and important memories from some very formative years in my life. When I hear her sing I feel I remember them all at the same time.

the harmonies going on the first half of this song are the closest thing to what i hear in my head, same key, same delicacy, but have been unable to produce outwardly. there's even this shadowy aspect that sounds like the wisdom gained from painful intimate experiences. they made it sound bigger than it is.
