There is some stupid comments down there .. Palestine, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon share many things. They are all neighbours, many of them are brothers and cousins. The reason why this dude calls this food palestinian is that for each country of those above, they have their own touch on each recipe!
So it is Palestinian. And we have similar dishes in Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan!
Much Love from wounded Syria to sister Palestine❤

For those who are wondering, Labneh (or Labna) is a traditional ingredient in many parts of the Middle East, and Labneh is basically strained yogurt, and some people call it “yogurt cheese”. It’s really good, try it

I love how so many cultures have some variation of stuffing meat inside of bread.

Arais or Arusa or Arais or Al-Arais (Arabic: عكلة العرايس) is a dish originating from the Shami (Levantine) cuisine. The dish is common in the Middle East region, especially Syria, Jordan, and Lebanon. The dish is based on a greased pita stuffed with minced meat.

If you rub a little olive oil on the knife it should help while cutting the onions. Been doing it for a while and not a single tear shed lol.
In case it hasnt been tried

I made these yesterday and they were great! I also made a garlic yogurt dip to go with them. Really good and pretty quick to put together.

Thank you for the idea!

I also add a tablespoon of pomegranate molasses, a few drizzles of olive oil and a spoon of tomato paste. I also add cinnamon spice. Tastes amazing

My Seedo taught me to hold an ice cube in my mouth while cutting onion as a kid, and it works, but you have to start with the ice BEFORE you cut. Also, a lot of the onion tears comes from the juice of the onion coming into contact with your skin.

Love to see you promoting our dishes on your channel! Keep 'em coming! 🇵🇸 🍉 🇵🇸
