Baked Pork Chop Rice is one of my favourite dishes when I go to Hong Kong Diners, and its actually super easy to make using my versatile Tefal Ingenio Ultimate 12-piece set! This is much more than a pan – I can cook it on the stove, put it to the oven, it looks presentable on the table, I can pop a lid on if I have leftovers, then once its finished, wack it in the dishwasher, and… done!
It’s also SO easy to store - you can stack everything up and save so much space in your cabinets.
Ingredients (Serves 4-5)
*600g pork chop
*2 cups of rice
*4 eggs
Marinade for Pork
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
White pepper
Tomato Onion mixture
*1/2 onions
*2 tomato
*3 cloves garlic
*2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
*2 tsp corn starch
*1/2 tbsp sugar
