Templates can be useful. However Notion templates are just prototypes - once applied, it becomes a nightmare to update pages that use the same layout. After a while, you have pages of same "family" who look nothing similar. It is baffling how you cannot reapply a template to a page or pager, or have a page's layout change if the underlying template is changed. Notion needs to have forms. True templates, with fields. You change the form organization, all the pages update.
