This is actually a Very Good Video about how to Create Custom Templates in WORD for Windows. Much of this I think will work in WORD for Android as well. However, there are Not as many Menu Items in WORD for Android.

I, believe that I can use the Public Library to Create Custom Templates, then by USB Cable Transfer them to my phone.
