The Yorkshire Dale's National Park is stunning. Quintessentially English villages with dry stone walls, flower meadows, stone cottages, traditional old fashioned cobbled roads and beautiful rivers and waterfalls. Lots of historic buildings such as Richmond Castle, York Minster, Ripon Cathedral. Tour the Viking and Roman cities in York. Absolutely stunning.

There are many, many more beautiful places in the UK than this. The Lake District, for one.

The citizens of Edinburgh don't have to worry about the Arthur's Seat volcano. I think it was last active about 300 million years ago!

Aww, you need to feel the pure childlike joy of sitting in the front seat on the top deck of a double-decker bus at least once in your life! Yes, it is VERY comfortable, the view is great, and you feel like king of the world. 😃
I'm a little sad he missed out Devon and Cornwall, two GORGEOUS counties in the south-west of England (I grew up in Devon, so i'm a litle biased, but honestly, they are glorious.)

Old Harry Rocks are stunning, spent part of summer exploring the area, well worth a visit, there's so much to do along that coast.

The height of Snowdon (the highest mountain in Wales) was a mistake. It's 3560 feet, or just about 1000 metres. We live in a very beautiful and historic country.

I prefer the Avebury stone circle to Stonehenge as you can get closer to the stones, even touching them

Actually it was sea and wind corrosion that created the white cliffs, not God.

It’s Stone HENGE not hedge! The country is Wales not Wells! This commentary is so annoying when the commentator hasn’t bothered to correctly pronounce the names.

Beautiful photography but he missed the best bits of England ! (I am a bit biased as I live here )The kingdom of Northumbria! Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick Castle - Hogwarts for real, The Farne Islands famous for St Cuthbert living there ands the Arctic Terns that fly from the the Farnes to Antarctica and back again to nest. To nest on a vey small island in the North sea! and Puffins too - look up the story of the Victorian Heroine ( correct use of the word, not the drug minus the e) Grace Darling - Loads more castles, golden beaches. Newcastle upon Tyne a vibrant city home of Newcastle United football club and where the Brown Ale came from. Hadrian's wall runs from the west coast to the east coast marking the boundary of the Roman Empire. In County Durham more beautiful dales and a magnificent cathedral ( again bits used in Harry Potter films) Next Yorkshire , the biggest count in England . Places to visit York, the York Minster, Viking remains and the shambles . On the coast an old fishing and Whaling town Whitby where Dracula came ashore, or so legend has it! Great ruin of an abbey too. To the west coast we have the lake district a place of mountains and lakes . I hope he comes back and visits us in the North east !

I am originally from Wales and I moved to the Isle of Man after university. We are a cown dependency and we have the longest continuous parliament in the world. We have our own passports, laws, money and are famous for being a Tax haven, home of micro gaming, poker stars and the Isle of Man TT motorcycle road races. Check them out!

Hi! The Jurassic coast as you see has these white cliffs all around, if you didn’t know the chalk that it is made from is made up of the sea creatures that were in the huge sea area that existed at that time. When the sea receded it left the white chalk which was there chitin essentially like crabs claws and shells. Then the land started to cover this with grass and foliage and trees making the earth covering. The lowered see began to pound against the cliffs and knock chunks off it to form these strange flat sided cliffs.

We have very varied and beautiful countryside. We value it so much that we try to avoid ribbon developement so we have a clear demarkation between town and country. We have public footpaths that cross private land even through crops. These are clearly signposted some have existed for thousands of years and can be found on any ordinance survey map or site. People walk them to ensure they stay open and accessible through special gates. There are over 140, 000 miles of public rights of way in a country smaller than Texas. We value our right to experience the countryside so much that we fight any attempt for private land owners to interupt these rights of way. We restrict sizes of our houses and gardens because we value our countryside. Until recently it was almost impossible to build on greenbelt. A housing shortage relaxed this for a bit but we solve this by building terraced housing or houses that are literally only seperated by a path so that we use as little land as posdible building up rather than out. In return even on a small Island we have maintained our wide open spaces and enjoy walking through them.

I'm in the UK and pleased the OP actually left London, there's so much more than the capital. Also kudos for pronouncing Edinburgh correctly 👏
