I was happy to hear it was a Filipino singer who sang this and I can hear the accent and the way she extends her voice is such Filipino thing to do when singing like this, and it's amazing to think how her voice can be this soothing whilst hearing Japanese rather than Filipino. When I watched the original series for the first time in Highschool it was wonderful but at the same time it felt incomplete. I’m so glad that they gave us a reboot and filled up the gaps that needed to be filled, the character development in this series was so much better that you started to understand more about all of the characters including the new characters that we have never seen from the original series and the animation is so refreshing and clear that it makes it look so beautiful.
