Quick Protein-Rich Banana Soufflé | Healthy Dessert Recipe

Ingredients (For 1-2 servings):
1/2 banana 🍌 (use 3/4 if small)
1 tbsp peanut butter 🥜 (or almond butter)
1 tbsp cocoa powder 🍫
1 large egg 🥚
1 scoop protein powder 💪 (chocolate flavor, but any flavor works)
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients for about 30 seconds to get a smooth consistency. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 12-13 minutes. For a firmer center, bake 2 more minutes, but avoid overcooking to prevent dryness. You can use a small mug if you don’t have a soufflé dish.
Air fryer option: Cook at 160°C (320°F) for 10-11 minutes.
Top with a tablespoon of milk for a softer texture and enhanced taste!
