Hello Castrol, My car is Mitsubishi Strada 2019 4n15 engine and the recommended engine oil viscosity is 5w30 i live in the philippines our climate here is so hot weather. should i stick to a owners manual recommendation? Or should i use other viscosity.

Hello Castrol! I have a little confusion, with your oil selection tool, according to the car brand. I want to choose oil LL04, according to your opinion it should be edge 5w30 LL, but on the label of this oil it does not say LL04 anywhere. only LL. It is edge 5w30LL a LL04 oil, and why dont see it on label if is so? And this is your recommendation. On oil edge 5w30M it says LL04, but this is an alternative according to you !!! So which of these oils should I get???my car is BMW 520D 140kv 2016.

Why does Halfords website say Castrol Magnatec 5w 30 A5 is NOT SUITABLE for my old Corolla. And both your website and Halfords recommend Edge C3 instesd . C3 in a 23 year old car are you sure ?
