This Series was easily the best so far, new events & gladiators and is it just me or does Hammer look just like the actor "Oded Fahr". I'd like to know if Legend came up with this twist or was it just scripted in advance. Cant wait for Series 3 in the future.

I'm guessing the standard of contenders has improved so much, its impossible to reduce The Headstart from 5 Seconds without the contenders getting caught before barely starting

Not quite a first as in a Sportsmen v Gladiators special they changed the Eliminator rules. Steve Redgrave had a huge advantage points wise against Matthew Pinsett so they decided to scrap the advantage & both set off at the same time.

I’m not sure what this really tried to achieve. The Gladiators are supposed to be better than the contestants and the 5 second head start is enough time for a contender to move their feet up the wall, high enough that they aren’t grabbed instantly. The rule change put the contenders, especially Mus, in an awkward situation.

I don't think John Anderson would have allowed Legend to change the rules just like that. In fact he would have probably told Legend "either get on with the game or get off! "If you don't want to play by the rules we'll find someone who will!"
