½ kilo of boiled wheat
200g of blonde raisins
100g black currant
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup almonds, split and roasted
¼ cup pistachios
Sesame
Pomegranate
Parsley
Essentially, we can use nuts of our liking as well as dried fruit
CAUTION!
It must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed until the next day.
