Thanks. The process is a bit different on ONEPLus Nord CE 5g. for that 1. Settings  about device  version  Build number  click 5 times quickly  draw pattern/password  go back 
2. Click The red box Written as Up to date  click three dots on top right  Auto update   auto download select the option Do not allow

Bhai maine settings off kar diya.
But pata nahi kaise woh download ho gaya hai and ready to install notification show karta hai bar bar

Download kaha hota hai mujhe use delete karna hai update nahi karna

Just off metered connection over mobile data or wifi ..this will not auto download or auto update ur device

They changed everything, , its google behind,
I have opened developer option to auto update turn off,
Even disabled update manager, deleted downloaded update file by clearing data, cache of "system update" than disable background data, first it worked for somedays, , , but now i see again updated is ready, , fkkin downloaded 6gb android 13, , secretly, , but i fkkin disabled background data, , from "system update"
And the ffkin worst part is now even i clear data, cache of system update still after refresh it's there, ,now its undeleteable, , only hars reset option,
But i believe as soon as i update 13 ffun green ass will kill my display.
Its so sad I paid a phone but someone else is running.
