The definition of laid back -- that's Keith. But make no mistake, he's smart.

The joy of just listening...oh, hallelujah brother, I hear you.

I adore the flute, which is the principal reason I don't want to try to learn it - I don't want to dilute the magic with knowledge.

It's a joy listening to Keith. They must have done these in one sitting but are eeking them out slowly. We'd love to see them all, and maybe some new ones with a different scarf. (; Thank you.

I think one reason Keith was successful is that, despite whatever mistakes he made personally, he was always a fan and a student of music and its historical roots.

Keith is so genuine! He’s a great fan of music! One of a kind, for sure!

He said he is interested in the tuning. This should come as no surprise. Keith's 5 Sting Open G tuning method is a cousin to banjo tuning.

I am very impressed by your ability to use so many tunings. I saw you on a video with Chuck Berry. I really enjoyed your playing with Chuck Berry. I was very obvious as to how much you respected Chuck! I really appreciate your respecting Mr. Berry. I learned a lot about how to respect others from your actions while practicing with Chuck Berry. He really is the Father of Rock & Roll music! I also have the greatest respect for Buddy Holly! Did you ever get to play with Buddy Holly? I hope you have time to respond. Thank You Keith!!

Who do you listen to when it comes to banjo/mandolin/uke?

yeah, Keith is always insightful, I did not know the banjo was an African instrument, I always thought someone in the south (America that is), or southwest invented it in the cowboy days, or even before, so I learned something. I had a banjo, all right hand fingerpicking, gotta get used to that high string up top. I can relate to not desiring to learn anymore instruments, it's work, so there's a limit, better to appreciate and listen sometimes
