To find the wrench all you need to do, is first, unlock or start the train and have to find a spot to jump on the roof of the train. Once you did it reach the top rooftop ladder area and make a jump on a roof nearby it.

Once you get there you can go down with the ladder and there you will find the red wrench, use the wrench to open 2 gates in the game, and enjoy new shortcuts.

I kept missing the train and there’s actually a easier way to get it, first get the magnet, second stand as close as you can to wrench location, third use magnet
