Add a conditional column in Excel no formulas!

Nested IF functions are hard to write, beginners and experts alike can get confused between using symbols like (,". If criterial involves dates or text containing it gets much harder too. With Excel 2019 you can create this same pattern using a conditional column wizard. This is within Power Query but you dont need to understand that to get great results!
