The situation of small farms in Europe

"The situation of small farms in Europe is bad - most of them have either collapsed or lost their productive function in recent years and produce only for their own needs. This is due to the fact that the support system in the European Union is primarily focused on large farms,' says Prof. Zbigniew Karaczun from the Warsaw School of Life Sciences (SGGW).
