I chose the 5600 GT as my first. First build, first APU purchased. I was planning on a budget build. I guess I'm right on track!

No, 5600GT still has an integrated GPU. The 5600G(T) has always been a slower chip than the 5600X, at the price of the 5600X when you have a GPU then there is no point in choosing the more expensive 5600GT. Also the base clock of the 5600GT is lower than the one of the 5600G, but the max turbo frequency is higher. Which is a mixed bag and not a blanket statement worthy.

Intel i5 12 gen is better at gaming than this, both are simmilar but ryzen 56000 GT is useful for multitasking and stuff like video editing right?
