Command Line File Transfer | SCP on Ubuntu Linux Tutorial

Command line file transfer is simple with the SCP Linux Command. I am using Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS in this Linux tutorial. We will use the SCP command line tool to transfer files and folders.

How can I do this to another computer on another network?

I want to send the testfile.sh from "myuser" to "user2" but isn't working. When I press enter it doesn't do anything.
