Have you heard of collocations? When two or more words go together naturally in English - words that often appear together in sentences.
Learning COLLOCATIONS (rather than individual words) helps you to sound more fluent and natural when you use English!
In this lesson, I'll go through 20 collocations with the verb MAKE (words that often appear in sentences with the verb make!)

Thank you so much for the video, Emma. They are so good and didactic. As a portuguese native language, to me the most difficult is the use of "to make" vs "to do". I'd really appreciate if you could share a lesson with this content.

In my experience of learning English, I find collocations are the most important for the reason we have to know the correct combination of a noun and a preposition.
Even if we learn the definition of every single preposition, we can’t easily handle the making of correct combinations.
The reason is that every single preposition has an individual quality that can’t be easily handled with logic.
I’ve been struggling with making flawless collocations.
But, I feel collocations are fun.
