You’ve got to love tools that help make life just a little bit easier, and Door Stud is a good example of one that caught Mike Guertin’s eye at the 2020 International Builders' Show. This clever tool makes it easier to move and hang pre-hung doors and door slabs. Watch Mike walk through how it’s used.

I use these now hanging commercial doors on steel frames as they are back savers, only they do not let a door open 90 degrees when the frame is within 4 to six inches from a wall.I then only slide one on near the center of the door and the door is open enough to get screws in the hinges.
But for frames further in this works great. They are well made and heavy duty as I have hung some 200lb doors using them.
Great idea for the field installers out there.you can lay doors down long ways to screw hinges on, then roll right to the openings, then put on bottom (as I have 4 of them) and stand door up and hang

How close to the flooring can these be adjusted. In our applications we need clearance of 1/4"

0:35 “…and you can move it around the house…” Probably in new construction before finish surfaces are laid, but for remodelers I doubt those little wheels will provide much mobility if the flooring is carpet and pad.

I see two major downside of this, although it looks a brilliant idea.
1, Those wheels are too small for rolling on most construction site's rough terrain. You will end up lifting the door manually.
2, The height adjustment has to be done on both sides of the door, altogether with four knobs. So you will have to go back and forth on both sides of the door several times. Frustrating.
In comparison, there are those airbags for lifting and adjusting door height. You can pump it up with your feet, dont even have to reach down.
Yes. you will have to carry the door manually, but get a laborer to help you, if your not strong enough to do so.

Too bad something like this wasn't available 30 years ago. We had our own jigs made up of steel for steel doors. Some of them were 400 lbs+. I hated those doors. 48" stainless clad fire doors.

I install doors all the time. Most doors come with jambs all together. Not sure why they keep showing a single door. Why would your door be off jamb.i believe its a good idea when mortise the hinges, but really that’s about it.
