hello, Input always only a certain frame ? like as: "--generate_interval 1"
But not use every frame to generate ? So why Input is a mp4 ? not only image?

alright gonna give up on this one.
the cropping doesn't work because the ~4GB available VRAM of my (8GB) Nvidia 2080Super are not enough for some reason, and likely because I had to hand-crop it, the result ended up being some blue/gray blob with a face (there wasn't even anything with a similar color in the source, lol).
kinda sad. I managed to get everything else I tried from these vids to work until now.

Everything was good till I ran into an issue with (pip install lws). Ran into a command error.
