Have you tried the frozen brand “Konscious” sushi?? I was skeptical but it said “award winning” on the package and after trying it out I see why!! Really delicious, to me it seemed nearly restaurant quality

While I cant say that watermelon and soy sauce are a good combo I can and will applaud you for trying to find a vegan alternative for your diet.
Though I will stick to the already vegan fillings of mango, bellpepper, cucumber and avocado.

It looks delicious! Personally, though, I prefer when people say something like 'I made a tuna-like sushi role with watermelon' instead of claiming 'I made tuna out of these watermelon'. Either way, though, looks great! I'd definitely enjoy this
