This is the look I love the most. It is simply breathtaking. I’m surprised they didn’t have Maxwell react to this like he did with her other dresses. She managed to look elegant, classy and sexy all at the same time!

I love the episodes that show Fran's kind and compassionate side. Seeing Barbra is the dream of her life, and she gives it up just to help C.C., who's often cruel to her. She also has a lot of wisdom, which is often more important than a fancy education. Fran is truly a great role model (and she looks fabulous in every outfit!). :D
