C.C. turns Nile's proposal down. Fran tries to persuade her to accept.

From Season 6 Episode 19, 'The Dummy Twins'. C.C. finds Niles' proposal pathetic and laughable so she turns him down. Fran suggests ways that Niles can win her over, starting with calling her by her first name. Meanwhile, Fran and Maxwell must take care of twin dolls to prepare them for parenthood.
