Zach did nothing wrong. It is literally a common car sales tactic to make people wait, especially if they have kids with them, to try and get them to take a bad deal. The entire point is the discounts on these vehicles are not enough and they're overpriced which is why they aren't selling.

Tommy from Delivrd was absolutely right. Calling a dealership and wasting almost 20 mins of someone's time who solely relies on commission to make a living is one of the lowest things I have seen. If you have no intentions of buying a car, please don't waste a salespersons time, especially this time of year when most dealerships are busier than usual. You getting views does not take precedent over this guys livelihood and trying to provide for his family. While Ryan was wasting his time on the phone with you, he probably missed out on an opportunity to actually sell a vehicle and make a commission. The fact that you can laugh at the end of the video and openly admit you had no intention of buying a car and you purposely wasted Ryan's time for views, is pathetic. You should be ashamed of yourself. Do better, and maybe consider the fact the world doesn't revolve around you.

So I am a member of Delivrd and have watched all of Tomi's lives some of them twice. I appreciate your polite but professional demeanor. Tomi likes to play cute games and tries to be silly. I notice he does it a lot when the person has a thick Accent or somebody you can tell english is their second language. He tries to put on a comedy routine and the personal the other end of the phone is just trying to understand what he is saying. Granted he does it for 4 hours at a time and tries to be entertaining but some of his antics are frustrating. I know you have a business of 60 people to run but try and go longer next time. There was some audio issues which I am sure you will address. Look forward to seeing you do this again soon.
