I'm working in this company for 1.3 years now and I've filed a complaint against my manger 1 month ago, that he's inappropriate and doing sexual gestures and drawing inappropriate figures and harassing me by taking 2-3 hours long unnecessary calls which is affecting my productivity. I even had to undergo medical conditions that occurred to me due alot of stress. And after a month of my complaint to hr about my manager, they're initiating PIP on me and confronted them that this is purely a revenge strategy that they're doing against me, I'm happy to leave this toxic

I am a fresher recently got into a dev project randomly, no training was given, directly they are assigning work, I have also asked for release by showing that my skills donot match with current role, and I am stuck in a loop, where I am unable to deliver and study, will they push me to pip or release me considering fresher ? please reply

I have caught a project manager (parsi) doing unethical practices.. that person gave me D banding and put me in PIP 😂 the HR who called me for PIP was more worried than I'm 😂 company is just getting degraded day by day 😂

Hi manish, please let me know if my joining date of project is in feb but my effective date was taken as july (in terms of revised letter). So what i can do please help and where it is written in policy only allocation date should be as effective date ?

Bro mere case me.. Mai project se release ho gya hoon uske baad pip aya just because i got D in march. Ab iss case me mai jis new project me jaa rha hoon wahan k manager k pass info jayga kya? Mere purane manager ko dikkat nhi hai waise abhi mujhse he said agr dena pada toh 30 days me nipta denge... But dusre project me kya impact pdega?

Joined TCS = 2023 Jan

No band in 2023 april

D band in 2024 april due to not reporting to office completely in 2023 and they put me in PIP

From March 2024 to till date i am unallocated

What will be my scenario ??
