Reality of a 32 lakh salary package at IIT/NIT/IIMs | In hand salary vs CTC

In this video, I have shared the reality of the 32 lakh package at top colleges of India like IITs, NITs, IIITs and IIM. The Inhand salary which we get when compared to CTC is quite low because of the various components in the package which I have discussed in this short. I hope this shorts will be helpful for the student to know the exact reality behind these fancy Packages.

Okay, so variable pay hai 14 Lakhs ka, jo ki 32 LPA ka ek component hai. Ab yeh 14 lakh apko performance ke basis pe wapas denge, 2-3 saal pure karne pe thoda thoda karke wapas denge. Toh phir agar 1st of joining mein yeh variable pay agar total LPA se minus ho gaya hai, toh har saal thodi hi na minus karenge!! Kyuki, 1st year mein minus karke apko total amount (i.e. 14 Lakhs) 3-4 saalo mein wapas lota rahe hai, toh har saal minus karke 3-4 saal mein kaise lotaenge??
