Number 3 is so important. Not just for a speech, but any piece of content, video, or live stream. I know this. And yet, I sometimes at the moment, I forget. Got to drill this in. Love the point in #4 that it shows you knew where you were going all along.

why u should Reduce ur drinking of Energy drinks?
energy drinks are the second most common dietary supplement used by young people; about 30% consume energy drinks on a regular basis
Even though in some Cases Energy drinks Cause High blood pressure and Headaches
Of course Im not saying we should Burn thses filthy liquids to the ground!
But Reduce would be the right thing to do
I mean in the lunch break you will properly see me with a soda in my hand
But Reduceing your consume for "Energy drinks is much Easier than you think
You can replace it
I prefer to drink an apple juice or orange, sure its wont as good as Pepsi but trust me your 40 year old body will thank you later
Or after drinking an Energy drink, drink a lot of water On the path of your day" im thinking to use the "CTA"
Its a small speech for training maybe saying
"in the lunch break try to drink something new something healther like any kind of Fruit juice give it a try it's always good to try something out"
