There are several ways to do it. Chances are you have and did not recognize it as such.

Dark entities do exist, if your are in spiritual imbalance due to anger, depression, feeling you
Are lacking in control of your life these presences will use that crack in your natural defenses as a way in. I personally had to destroy created art work of mine because of the emotional state I was in when creating them. I opened a portal within my mind and spirit which was influencing me.
There is nothing creepier than hearing in the dark "see, I told you he can hear us", being whispered, in the darkest corner of the room.


After I did that, I wasn't bothered for a good long while.

Omgoodness...ive been stuck in my journey and questioning stuff so much then i found your channel and the way u explain things is so DOWN TO EARTH...i love how you pull in practical real life examples of your esoteric knowledge etc and apply them to the topic at hand ie: in your video about the pineal, you were discussing how your visions may be faint and most brush them off as imagination when it acfually is ur 3rd eye. Thats super reassuring pls keep putting out more great content!!

When I'm driving long distances on the highway I sometimes receive very important realizations and info without even asking! I believe it is because I'm in a semi-hypnotic state from driving and seeing the highway lines (sounds dangerous but I'm still cognizant).

Also when I'm in the half asleep, half awake state I can see visions. Again without asking for them. One time at about 3am I had a vision of an old Atari video game console and I was so confused by this (never had an Atari or into video games), but my 8 year old son was and it turns out he was playing on his Tablet in the middle of the night (which is against the rules!). I realized this was a message for me and I soon connected the dots. I got out of bed and caught him. He was so amazed as he literally only started playing on it seconds before! My higher self wanted to get 'video game' across with Atari...even though my son had a modern tablet. Cool hey?

Also I had severe gallbladder attacks but did not know what they One night after a bad attack I asked the spiritual realm to tell me what was wrong with me and immediately got a direct answer 'Gallbladder' in the form of a thought, but it wasn't just a thought, it was a knowing without any doubt. It saved my life as my gallbladder was already pre-cancerous!

Any many other examples while dreaming that helped me and also blew my mind, involving remote viewing.

It's about taking the time to communicate to our higher self, to ask for guidance, to ask questions. It's about trusting the Universe and the divine time, eliminating limiting beliefs, letting ourselves get immersed to be able to listen to that inner voice. Always being grateful ♡

to connect to my higher self I do so in remote viewing.. I find that I do not have to enter a meditative state .. but yet I can still access information .. the more you do it the better you can discern what information is correct and what is not .. i get feelings .. visuals .. and numbers in visuals too .. no voices though, its awesome! you can actually check to see if your right and start to weed out and know if it is your imagination or not. Say, write down, how many moons are in our solar system? on a piece of paper, and then i do a form of short meditation beforehand.. but you will get a number that pops in the things learning to recognize which is the one being fed to you and which is your imagination.
