Ah, thanks, they need to ask. It shouldn't be freely given inspite of their actions. That makes much more sense.

This company made me second in charge of a security crew .. with 100 percent digital proof I proved a security officer was taking short cuts and being lazy .. he was confounded and could not defend him self so 3 of us Fired him .. I walked him to his car he became overwhelmed and sat and wept then I said I forgive you I will see you tomorrow he was delighted ... The other 2 managers were frustrated with me but said at your word will will also forgive 😲
