When developing tools, we always strive for maximum functionality and ease of use. Today, I am excited to introduce my latest creation—a handle for a hand drill that will make your work more convenient and efficient.

Model Description

This handle is compatible with various attachments such as taps, drills, and other tools with a diameter of up to 4 mm. It's designed to provide a secure grip and eliminate the risk of slipping during use. The unique design of the handle allows for easy attachment changes, significantly saving you time.

Why I Create My Own Tools

People often ask me why I develop tools for myself when I could simply buy ready-made counterparts. The answer is simple: the market doesn't always offer something that fits my needs perfectly. I create tools with specific ergonomic and functional requirements in mind that mass-market products can't satisfy. This allows me to achieve greater comfort and efficiency in my work.

Materials and Printing Technology

The handle is made of high-quality plastic using 3D printing technology. This ensures durability and strength, as well as precise replication of all design elements. For printing, it is recommended to use PLA or ABS plastic, which have excellent mechanical properties.

Advantages

* Ergonomic: Comfortable grip that will satisfy even the most demanding users.
* Versatile: Compatible with various attachments up to 4 mm in diameter.
* User-Friendly: Easy attachment changes without the need for additional tools.
* Durable: Made from strong materials using 3D printing technology.

Conclusion

This handle for a hand drill will become an indispensable assistant in your work. Download the model, print it, and see for yourself. In creating tools for myself, I aim to improve the quality and convenience of work, and I hope this development helps you achieve similar results.

Like always I enjoy your models. I printed the parts, and noticed something might have been revised after the video?

1:16 you are tapping that hole that is for an M4 bolt that you showed at 1:38. I noticed that the model I downloaded that hole is big enough tohave m4 bolt rotate freely, is that intended? If it is intended, do I still add some sort of adhesive down that hole like you show at 2:53 or no?

Just to verify the JT0 you use a 5mm shank coupler?

Beware of using loctite threadblock on plastic. A friend of mine used that on drones to fasten propellers and it destroyed plastic.
Great design.
